The Neighborhoods

Punta Gorda Isles

Punta Gorda Isles

Punta Gorda's biggest canal neighborhood, with sailboat water and powerboat canals where your street can mean about 5 minutes or nearly an hour to open water.

Burnt Store Isles

A deed restricted canal neighborhood built around Twin Isles Country Club, where waterfront homes share one outlet and runs to Charlotte Harbor take about 25 to 45 minutes.

Burnt Store Marina

A gated community built around a full service marina on Charlotte Harbor, made for boaters who want a wet slip, fuel and waterfront dining instead of a dock behind the house.

South Gulf Cove

A large canal community behind a lock, with non-tidal water and fixed bridges at about 10 feet, so your canal and your boat height decide how usable it is.

Harbor Heights

Harbor Heights

A quieter Peace River community with both riverfront and canal homes, many with docks and boat lifts behind the house, plus a community park with a boat ramp and fishing pier.

Charlotte Harbor

Charlotte Harbor

An older waterfront community across the Peace River from downtown Punta Gorda, mixing direct harbor facing homes with canal streets along the US 41 corridor.
